The only problem I see is filling that world with interesting but no trepetitive poi . I believe companies/development will rely on the mod community to fill it and allow the privilege of what gamers won't from gamers that can make it happen.
I imagine developers who use this tech will need to start utilizing more of houdini to procedurally generate and place many different assets so it's not repetitive.
